The Board

A voluntary Board of nine members, with skills in Business, Economics, Finance, Medicine (Specialist and General Practice), Medical Academia, Human Resources, Health Management and Legal Services is responsible for the management and administration of the Foundation. It meets five times per year with the Annual General Meeting usually being held in November.

 

Two sub-committees, Grants, which coordinates the promotion of availability and evaluation of applications/proposals and Investments, which manages the Trust Fund and income generation, meet prior to Board meetings and assist in enhancing and streamlining Board deliberations.
